The community is called “A-Zone”; both the proprietary right and the operation right belong to Artron.net; the management and maintain of this community is charged by the community department of Artron.net.



No.2 Confirm and Admit of the Service Term

The ownership and the operation right of “A-Zone” belong to Shen Zhen Artron.net corporation (hereinafter called Artron.net). All the services should be strictly executed following the regulations, service terms and operation rules published by Artron.net. Users hereby click the “agree” bottom to finish the registration, which shows that the user comes to terms with Artron.net and accepts all the service terms.



No.3 Service introduction

Utilizing its own service system, Artron.net provides various free services to its users through internet.
(1) Please provide the real, comprehensive and accurate personal information on time
(2) In accordance with timely, comprehensive, user shall update the registered informations. All the original imputed information is quoted as registered informations.
(3) Artron.net reserves the right to change, break and break off part or all the internet services.

(2) After successfully registered, user shall receive an account number and a password from Artron.net. The user shall keep the account number and password carefully and shall be liable for all the activities and events caused by using his (her ) account
(3) User shall comply with the following rules while using the service provided by Artron.net:
(a) Abide by the related laws and regulations of People’s Republic of China, any third party’s legal right shall not be invaded by any ways.
(b) Shall not use the internet service with illegal purpose
(c) Abide by all the internet rules, regulations and procedures related with internet service.
(d) Shall not influence the normal operation of internet by using “A-Zone” internet service.
(e) Shall not deliver any illegal information to disturb, hurt, insult and threaten others by using “A-zone” internet service.
(f) Shall not disadvantage Artron.net by using “A-Zone” internet service.



No.5 Change of Service Terms

Artron.net holds the right to change and perfect the terms hereinbefore. And Artron.net has no responsibility to inform users. Users shall also be restricted to the changed terms.



No.6 Service revision

Artron.net holds the right to change and break off the service without informing at any time. Users shall accept the right of Artron.net to change and break off the service and Artron.net takes no responsibility to users and the third party.



No.7 User’s Privacy System

It is a basic terms of Artron.net to respect user’s privacy. Therefore, as an supplementary to No.2 register terms, Artron.net shall not reveal, edit or public the registered information and private content reserved in Artron.net of users expect the following reasons on the basis of faith:
(1) Abides by the related rules and regulations, Artron.net will provides the user’s publications, publish time, website and IP in “A-Zone” when related national institution inquires, including the situation of inquiring form the related national institution.
(2) Artron.net abides by the service procedure of “A-Zone”.
(3) Artron.net reserves the right to maintain the logo of Artron.net and “A-zone”.
(4) Break offeavour to protect the privacy of users and publics in an emergency.
(5) According to No.11 and in the consideration of Artron.net, users hereby authorize Artron.net to sbreak off business information to users’ emails.



No.8 registered successfully

Once user successfully registered the “A-zone”, user can get an account and a password and shall be responsible for any harm to other users, Artron.net or the third party due to careless using of the account and password. Artron.net has the right to cancel the user’s account and do not provide service to such users. In addition, all users shall be responsible for their accounts, you can change your password and also can close one account as well as open a new one. Users has the obligation to inform Artron.net when discover the illegal using of account or some situation threaten the safety.



No.9 No Guarantee

Users shall take the risk if users agree the use of mail service, which based on free. Artron.net shall not provide any kind of guarantee to it. Artron.net can not guarantee that the service can meet the requirement of users, nor the service will be timely, safely provided without any mistake. Artron.net refuse all kinds of guarantees, including whether the information could be delivered accurately, timely and smoothly.



No.10 Artron.net is not responsible for direct, indirect, occasionally, particularly or ongoing damages

These damages come from: illegal using the service to buy goods, similar service trade on the internet or change of the delivered information. Artron.net will abide by the related laws and regulations to resolve such damages.



No. 11 illegal business shall not allowed in Artron.net

Users shall not use the service of Artron.net or “A-zone” to sell illegal goods or do illegal business, otherwise, Artron.net will ascertain criminal responsibility for breaking the agreement according to related laws. Users shall take all the compensation liability to the damages of Artron.net.



No. 12 Maintain and limitation of information in “A-zone” Virtual Community

Artron.net don’t responsible to customers for deleting and maintaining information failure. Artron.net keep right to judge whether customer’s behavior accord with acquirement of “A-zone” virtual community clausal and rights of sprit. If customer violate regulation of service clausal, Artron.net will intermit account of virtual community. Customer sbreak off all articles and pictures at the community, Artron.net have usufruct, rights of adaptation, publishing rights for paper, and authorized reprint party to third party, and right to use articles on Artron.net by user base on obey laws and regulation, and needn’t ask for agreement of customer. Artron.net exert all above-mentioned rights without any fees to customer. If any organization and personal will reprint article in the community, they must ask for authorization from Artron.net. If any organization and personal reprint without authorization, Artron.net won’t charge with any compensation.



N0.13 Guarantee customer

If someone use customer’s account and password without authorization or violate third party’s rights and interests with any ways, someone is responsible for paying a retaining fee of overstepping user service, compensated fees of violating service clausal, and demand payment of other intelligent property right caused by using customer’s computer and account.



N0.14. Terminate service

Artron.net could break off service according to actual situations, and Artron.net don’t take respond to anyone or the third party. If user takes any exception to advice of any service clausal and any following clausal, or to any service of Artron.net, user could choose following ways to solve :
（1）to finish Artron.net service
（2）to put using qualification break off to Artron.net
（3） to announce to break offing the user’s service. After break offing service, user will break off all rights of Artron.net. From that time, Artron.net won’t take any responsibility to the user.



No.15 Participate in advertisement plan

Under admission of Artron.net, user could break off information within propaganda information or advertisement plan, and show their products on some free service of “A-Zone”. All this kind promotion, including description of transportation, payment, service and commercial condition, guarantee and advertisement, happen between user and advisement salesman. Artron.net don’t take respond to any damage and dispute. And Artron.net have right to cancel cooperated member qualification according concrete situation, terminate all service rights providing by Artron.net. Artron.net don’t take any part responsibility to sell this kind advertisement, if customer’s behavior lead to any damage to Artron.net, the customer will take all compensation responsibility.



No.16 Contents property

In the contents property, contents include words, software, sound, photo, video, chart; all contents of advertisement, email; commercial information provided by virtual community of “A-Zone”. All these contents are protected by property laws of copyrights, brands, labels and the others. Users must use the contents under prior paper authorization of Artron.net and advertisement authorization, and can’t copy and refroze these contents freely, or create concerned derive products. And Artron.net have right to cancel cooperated member qualification according concrete situation, terminate all service rights providing by Artron.net. If customer’s behavior lead to any damage to Artron.net, the customer will take all compensation responsibility.



No.17 Exemption and compensation announcement

(1) If Artron.net have showed alteration of its service and reminded special notes to user, user will take respond to his all operation.
(2) User should agree to take all risks to use service and all following results of Artron.net, Artron.net don’t take any responsibility.
(3) Artron.net don’t guarantee that could satisfy with require of user about web service, and keep web service uninterruptedly, and timely, guarantee and accurate internet service.
(4) Customer agree to guarantee and maintain rights of other customers. Owing to some illegal, untruly, inappropriate and entrenched third party’s rights and interests information by user, user agree to take on damage compensation responsibility.



No.18 Law

Customer and Artron.net consent to deliver disputes from the contracts and service of Artron.net to Beijing Arbitration Commission, cognizance the arbitration as the final arbitration and the sanction to both sides. If any service clausal balance out law, and these clausal will be reanalyzed within contiguous ways, and other clausal keep legal effect and influence to customer.



No 19 Special notice to Adolescent user
